Just one bug fix. You won't notice anything different.

Re: Reminders are here!
No, you should wait until it downloads to your box. As has been stated a couple of times in this thread, it’s only been rolled out to a few areas at the moment to see how it goes before the rest of us get it.

It's a bug in a feature that hasn't launched yet. That's why you won't notice any difference.
By the way, not all pilot boxes will get RC5. Some will remain on RC4 until the main rollout.

Re: Reminders are here!
Bit late on to this thread, but reminders was the main exculsion from Tivo for me. Very happy to see them back. And what seems to be on the back of public pressure!
As an avid sports fan they were used very oftern and still are on the V+.
Looking forward to these.........

Don't get me started
(Put it this way. I wish we could change a lot of things with the minimal amount of support 'reminders' have had )

I am sure I am misunderstanding this.
They have sent out a fix to all m/c`s for a problem they do not have.
Because when they send it, it will still have the problem and this will then fix it ?
That is crazy

Eh? As far as I understand it the fix is for the pilot boxes, to fix a bug that is in the pilot firmware for a feature that hasn't yet been launched to the public
But just because it hasn't been launched, doesn't mean it's not being tested somewhere inside Virgin.
