Spotify on Virgin Media Account
If I have this, does this mean I am not using the data allowance when listen on my VM mobile ? If this is the case I have 2 mobiles through VM, does it work that way with both ?

Well no, because if it is doing then it's a fault - but as I can't guarantee there are never going to be faults it's 'shouldn't'
