Fed up in Portsmouth

Anyone got any idea what is going on in the Portsmouth area? Internet has been up and down since Friday like a frog on a pogo stick. It was supposed to be fixed Tuesday but it's still periodically going down again. Anyone else "enjoying" this level of service this week?

Yes my parents have had a problem several times with their internet in this area but their broadband is with Sky and so far they have done sod all to improve their connection in this area.

Re: Fed up in Portsmouth

I've just realised that if anyone is enjoying this service tonight they won't be able to reply..

(posting in the 30 seconds I have before my connection goes again...)

Ah well at least that makes me feel a little better- you get consistently rubbish service here then whichever ISP you use.

Even my Tivo is saying there's a network issue. Speeds have been unacceptable today.

Re: Fed up in Portsmouth

Living over in Lee-on-Solent(PO13) we had an outage of Phone,TV and BB..from Sunday night to late Monday afternoon though the phone came back earlier in the day.

I noticed on the Status line that PO2 and PO3 were on the list as having issues after ours had been sorted..I can only suggest you phone up CS and maybe they can give you a little more info. They may also reimburse you for the days you have no service..piffling sum that it will be.

Yep been like this all week- even today up and down for a few hours again. At this rate they will need to refund me half a months subs.
