Thank god! That probably means they will kick Spurs out for losing to Norwich at home. Unless that's not how football works? We would not deserve to be in
the CL because we've had too many bad runs of form.

So depressing to lose the lead so close to the end. I had thought we might have just done enough.

I hope Chelsea regardless

Pretty much. Expect their bad runs of form have lasted all season.

l hope Arsenal do qualify for the CL as they play some lovely technical football but Arsene knows he has to add more depth to the squad because as we know at Liverpool is that you need a very strong squad to cope with the rigours of a English season.

Would you trade a cup for no champions league each year?
I would think the Johnstones paint trophy competition would be a shoo in

Of course l would like Liverpool tp qualify for the CL but at the moment we lack consistency in the PL so if a bit of silverware is on offer then any fan would be foolish to refuse it.

True.
Maybe Liverpool made a deal with Rumpelstiltskin, they wanted to be guaranteed success, and the tricky devil gave them it...but only cup success
In exchange,..they took Andy Carroll for £35m
