UK ISP TalkTalk Hikes the Price of Phone Line Rental and Related Bundles
Budget broadband and phone provider TalkTalk has announced on its Price Notifications page that the cost of standard phone line rental on its service will be hiked from £13.80 to £14.50 per month from 1st May 2012.

how much was it before?
The cost of calling 118118 and BT 118500 has gone up very much recently, it is them who put the prices up. You can still get directory enquiries for just 35p per call 118099 which is operated by Cable and Wireless Worldwide on a BT or Cable and Wireless line charges vary from other lines and networks. Or from free using 118180 from a Virgin phone line.
