Syria's deputy oil minister says he is resigning to join the anti-government revolt.
Abdo Hussameddin announced his defection in a video posted on YouTube.
He is the highest level political figure to abandon the government of President Bashar al-Assad since the uprising erupted a year ago.
Let us hope a few more desert the sinking ship.

Now can NATO/Arab League take this matter into their own hand and overthrow their government or as they will put it "stop human rights abuses in Syria"
