Re: xbox 360

I don't think that's a good deal.

You'd be better off paying another £20 and getting the 250GB version:

http://www.game.co.uk/en/xbox-360-25...entifier=10471

If for some reason you really want the 4GB version, you can get it cheaper than at HMV. Game has it listed for £160 with FIFA.

That's not a good price for a 4Gb Xbox. Not really worth it either, by the time you get a couple of downloads, save games and themes on it, it will be full. The 250Gb for £199 is a much better deal.

Re: xbox 360

I agree with the others, the 4GB is not a good deal at all and you really should be getting one with a 250GB hard disk.

Re: xbox 360

4 annoying problems

1) every time I use either the 360 or One and then use the other I have to sign in even though I set it to auto sign in.

2) the 360 keeps asking me to make my account more secure by giving it another contact information, (how does this make it more secure??)

3) when I reject the additional contact I have to tell it connect to live, a re-sign in, both take ages.

4) Just know I was on the 360 and was told Party was blocked see setting blah blah ?

any ideas

Re: xbox 360

1) Don't know. I've got both of mine set to auto sign-in, and not had any issues like that. Auto sign-in on the One requires Kinect, though, and sometimes it doesn't do it straight away.

2) I'd assume it's a recovery address, so if you lose the password for your Microsoft account, or lose access the the email address used for it, you can get a password reset link sent to another email address.

It's also definitely worth setting up 2-step verification on your Microsoft account (and Google, and Apple, anything else that supports it). 2-step uses a mobile app (e.g. Google Authenticator, available for iOS and Android) to generate a one-time code that you enter after you have entered your password. It means that if your account password is ever compromised, your account is still protected because the attacker would also need to have your phone, so you can still keep control of it and change your password before it gets hijacked.

Re: xbox 360

Its my nephews birthday today and my mum and dad bought him a headset which stated for all xbox 360s, but there is no way to connect it to his Xbox 360 E.

are there any headphones that will work with the Xbox 360 E?

Re: xbox 360

Probably not.

The 360 E does not have a dedicated optical audio port like the 360 S. Plus, its change from the previous proprietary AV port to a bogstandard camcorder style AV port also means you can't use one of the earlier 360's Component/VGA/RGB/audio cables to obtain a separate external optical audio output.
