Can Virgin media activate the new upload speed improvement and the 100mb on the same day ??? coz i got a phone call on the 17/01/12 from the manager of my Area he said the new 100 mb and the new upload speed will be available on February 27th

in thoery yes if the upgrades for both where done but they will want to do both indepently so they can make sure there no porlbems, why are oyu so desperate for these upgraes you post a new topic about it every few days cant you use the old one?
