100Meg to 120Meg isn't double speed - should be like this 100 meg -> 200 meg and it time to call up ASA to complaint of misleading Advertising Doubled Speed

Where does it say Double speed for everyone? It says Speed upgrade on the official announcement page

* 50Mb increased to 100Mb [10Mbps Uploads]

Well I am complaining that most of us paying out £45 a month for 100 Meg as a top tied premium service as 100 meg become 120 meg is a biggest joke because at the moment there is 104 meg (overheads speed increase) mean only addition 16 meg while the rest get 50%/60% speed increase!
