Wrong modem?
I used to have 50MB so got a Super Hub when it was all installed. Today, I called retentions and decided to drop down to a 10MB connection and the woman on the phone told me that the Super Hub would still work OK with the 10MB, although wireless is terrible on it, only getting 4MB on wireless and am on channel 13, so it can't be the channel. Upstream and downstream is all OK so does anyone think it's worth calling and getting a normal Hub modem installed more suited to my speed?

Re: Wrong modem?
They use superhubs for all speeds now. It's the standard equipment.

Re: Wrong modem?
I'm 'undecided' on that.
My SH hasn't given be any issues since the R30 firmware, apart from abysmal wifi signal strength. It does what it says on the tin, so to speak.

It's disgraceful and disreputable.

Re: Wrong modem?
turn on modem mode and then you can use another wireless router with it.

It is less than 5 days at present due to some electrical work I had to do but it would have been around 60 days otherwise, never seen a random reboot may just be the area I live in.
Also the same Superhub as of 9th February 2011, never been replaced.
