contract

I'm wondering why after fitting a replacement super hub (self install), after the first one failed, I'm sent a new 12 month contract to sign?
After all it's their equipment that failed!

Re: contract

Never heard that one before, it will be a glitch on the system as replacing faulty equipment does not restart your contract.

Re: contract

I did ring them to question why, and the girl said there's no increase in payment and just to sign and return contract! It was another welcome pack I'd received. What department deals with this if I phone again?
