EPG - useless!

Everyday this week I have tried to look program guide and everyday it says it is "gathering data"........... and thats as far as it gets. Useless!

I used to get this, and only a reset would cure it.

I recently had my Pace box replaced, and the problem has gone away (although the menus are still sloooow). Apparently the old box, although it looked identical, was a "phase 2" and the new one is a "phase 3".

Mine was swapped after I complained about the occasional loss of sound - perhaps you could do something similar ;-)

It is hot and you have to take into account there may be service disruptions with the heat check your power levels.
