Re: The iPhone thread
Dunno but sim-cutters are cheap enough from eBay, or you can do with scissors if you feel adventurous

Re: The iPhone thread
I don't know if the micro sim is something in partnership with Apple or exclusive with the Sim providers...

You need a micro SIM on the iPhone 4 onwards whoever your provider is
I believe VM are the only major provider who at the moment do not supply a micro SIM card
I suppose that's understandable as they do not support or supply the iPhone
SIM cutting is the only way to go if you want to use a iPhone on VM network at the moment
But I know of several folk who would come over to VM if a micro SIM was available without having to cut the supplied one

Thanks Martyn,
Some folk are willing to have a SIM cut others won't so I think its a case of waiting for my lot
Hopefully VM will soon be able to supply the iPhone and micro sim for the more timid amongst us

Re: The iPhone thread
I think it's more a case of wanting to rather than being able to. And it's been a while since the iPhone 4 came out now and they don't seem interested to me.

Re: The iPhone thread
Finally got a 4S today, now my contract is at an end.
I tested Siri by asking it to tell my wife I'll be late... it told her to ovulate!
It's bad enough with family asking "when are the two of you going to have kids?" without my bloody phone getting in on it!

Sure Matt. The 'phone' did it.

Re: The iPhone thread
So how does that work - did it send her a text?

Re: The iPhone thread
Yup, you can tell Siri "tell my <relative> such and such" and it will send them a text.

Re: The iPhone thread
I'm loving it, but Mrs T insists it's some sort of set up ...
