Presumably though, existing customers with a faulty V+ Box can still get a replacement so I wonder if these are still available as upgrades to existing V Box customers too. As an XL customer I would not expect to have to pay an additional monthly fee plus an upfront cost for a TiVo box just to have the HD and PVR functionality of a V+ Box.

No it's a new channel.

• BBC HD shows HD content from all BBC channels.

Not really. BBC2 HD will show shows from BBC Four in HD. BBC One HD will show shows from BBC Three.

No its not a new channel. BBC HD is getting closed and renamed to BBC2 HD and will be a simulcast of BBC2.

BBC Four programmes are going to replace original daytime programming on BBC2 so they'll be shown in HD.

It says there that some programming from BBC Four may be shown on BBC Two, I said that BBC Two HD is a simcast of BBC Two. They are not exclusive from one and other.

Yes I'm not saying it won't, I'm just saying it's a simcast, EG. It shows what's on BBC Two at the same time, like BBC One HD.
