Exactly, a press release announcing Sky Anytime+ coming soon is enough. No reason to issue another one telling you its here.

Checked both my Tivo's one says that Deman is unavailable and the other connects fine but just sees the usual Sky Living in the Anytime folder.
Sounds more like CS just telling customers what they want to hear.
