Angry "Free" upgrade to HD not free for all

Our standard box, the V HD Box, is HD ready which means you can watch our HD channels in spectacular HD.

How much does V HD cost?

TV M+, TV L, TV XL

V HD activation Free

Monthly fee Included

Quote:
Existing customers who want to upgrade to a VHD box must take a quickstart installation for £20

So their standard box is the VHD box, so what is the V box? Substandard? Loyal longstanding customers with V boxes have to pay to get what is now the standard box!

Will they replace the V box with their standard box if it fails though?

Not sure what your rant is, you can get one for £20 which is fair to pay for postage, you don't pay a monthly fee

Re: "Free" upgrade to HD not free for all

But their blurb, all over the site, says their standard box is now the VHD.

Yes, all over the SALES site for new customers.

When any existing customer took out their TV service they got whatever box(es) where the 'standard' box when it was installed.

If you now want to upgrade your box to get more features such as HD you can do so
