TiVo : Tivo Box Resetting After Using Apps

Hi everyone,

My Tivo box keeps resetting itself once I've finished using an app such as iPlayer or You Tube. After I've watched a show on iPlayer for example and then go to exit it by pressing the TV button on my remote, Tivo then freezes and goes to black screen and then after a minute or two resets itself.

This is happening every time I use one of the apps, has anyone else experienced this or know of a solution? If not I can get on to Virgin about it.

Very odd. you'll need to report it to the TiVo Team. call 151.

The same thing happened with me 2 days ago, after using YouTube. I pressed TV and BBC News came on for 10 secs, then Tivo reset. It has only happened once for me though.
