Virgin Mobile Problem

Hiya everyone - I am a newbie and hopefully some kind soul can help me.

I have virgin broadband which I use for my emails - up to now it has worked fine with no issues but I have just signed up for a virgin mobile deal.

Now here's the problem, if I check and read my emails on the phone, and don't delete them, just read them, when I get home and try to view my emails on my PC they are not there. If I look on my webmail they are there?

I use a Mac OSX with Microsoft Entourage as the email application though I think the problem is with the virgin media end.

Help!

Confused - Lancashire

Re: Virgin Mobile Problem

The Virgin help site has the answer:

How do I download mail from the same account on more than one PC or mobile device, using "recent" mode?
