Wireless Adapter

I have a Belkins Play adapter - http://www.belkin.com/uk/IWCatProduc...duct_Id=545780

Theres 2 L.E.D's on the adapter but only 1 lights up. I've contacted Belkin support but they tell me its fine... the thing is not only is the incorrect l.e.d on, the other doesn't light up which should. Seems a bit strange.

open this link http://en-uk-support.belkin.com/app/.../detail/p/5151
click the documentation tab
open > F7D4101ed Play Wireless USB Adapter - User Manual <
go to page 10

The L.E.D on mine that lights up is "B" according to the PDF file which is WPS/Security LED but "A" Power/Activity LED doesn't?

Re: Wireless Adapter

Maybe they just labelled it the wrong way round in the manual. Is it actually working?

Re: Wireless Adapter

Ye its working ok'ish. The L.E.D that doesn't light up as it should does light up a really low red colour when I stick the adapter into the USB port but that lasts a second at most then the other takes over. I'm just wondering because its brand new, not sure whether theres a fault or its just the L.E.D that may be blown but then again why would it light up red for a second when adapter is connected
