Thats because they have a dynamic epg that is constantly updated 24/7,VM Tivo is when they can be bothered and dont work sundays and some customers are lucky to pay £3 per month for this.

Perhaps the occasional episode but not all recordings at once. There needs to be a failsafe to prevent this from happening again - after all the programs can still be recorded manually...

Re: All series links show no planned recordings!?
It may have been resolved. The latest manual connection attempt is downloading a large update - so hopefully will restore all the series links

Strange one here! I have two Tivos and one is experiencing this series link problem and the other one is perfect.

So Ben do have to go to the Virgin network on settings and do connect to the Virgin network now.

Same here I can now create new series links but existing links show upcoming programmes now but are not recording any of them. I really hope I do not have to recreate all of my existing links as that will surly make me mad. I am now doing another forced connection just in case.

If you have just done the manual update, you need to give it a while to sort itself out. Took around an hour for mine to reconnect

If you go into the series link and just reconfirm the recording settings for it, it may prompt the reconnection earlier

Everything seems back to normal. It probably was as Ben said just wait a while.
