All series links show no planned recordings!?

All series links show no planned recordings!?
Had TiVo installed earlier this week and until today no issues, however today no recordings have been made.
In my planned recordings nothing is planned even though there are shows today, tomorrow and in the week. When I edit the series link and ask to view upcoming nothing. Have rebooted box and not fixed the issue.

At work at the moment so I can't check but that is very worrying to read. Only had TiVo installed this Wednesday and this is going to get me a huge ear bashing off the Mrs!

I'm told it is now fixed, but you may need to force a service connection (Help&Settings -> Settings -> Network -> Connect...)

I have connected to the network twice and the problem is still there. However if you go into recording hiccups and select the programs that are now not scheduled you can set each episode to record from there. I have set all my recordings now until Wednesday, hopefully it will be fixed by then.

Jeeez this is a big mess up. Good job I looked on here. Tried reconnecting and reboot no change.
So what do we do now? Will it correct itself when fixed or will we have to set all our series links again. The EPG is showing programmes in the coming days that have a series link but I'm getting nothing planned.

VM need to make this sort itself out automatically, otherwise, people on holiday, and not able to reboot or force a connection will lose planned recordings.

Yes l seem to have developed a problem from yesterday morning in that my planned recordings which l had set as series links have not recorded and l have rebooted twice and tried reconnecting and its still the same and nothing is recording today so far but l have set a couple of early morning recordings and it just says not recorded in the recording hiccups so it seems to me that there is a serious software glitch somewhere.

Still in my cooling off period and seriously contemplating cancelling...what concerns me the most is that one minute everything is set to record and with no notice the planned recordings just don't record.
What I don't need is a lack of confidence that once something is set to record it doesn't for no reason. Had v+ for few years and for all it's faults nothing like this ever happened.
I think there are going to be some seriously annoyed customers later today when people start realising.

I understand things like this happen but do feel once again VM have let themselves down.
Some people don't frequent forums etc so will still be left in the dark not realising their recordings aren't going to record. Why don't VM send a message out on TiVo to all users asking them to check their recordings?
I understand some are on holidays etc but at least VM can't be accused of not trying.
