TiVo install

hi there, we are thinking about getting the tivo box but could you tell me how it is installed ( what cables ) cause i heard that a new cable is installed , is that right

Not in my case anyway, the guy just unscrewed the cable from my V+ box and screwed it back into my TiVo

Did the same with the Power cord as well

No new cable, if you have a existing service it uses the exact same cable.

thanks we have the V+ in the frontroom and the superhub in another, just thought i heard that a new cable has to be installed, or something like that, anyway thanks

Did mine last Thursday.Unscrewed old V+ and attached Tivo.
