no ,i didn't rebook the engineer rebooked the install at the earliest date the LNB would be available
have i just waisted 20mins of my time with that pm ? or are you going to it seriously
also i don't think this is the correct forum to discuss this

I'm not malcolm but my comment was more aimed at the fact people think I'm all about sky so I must work for them. If you PM'd malcolm you will 100% get a reply. An just in case I have linked this post in a PM to him.
He is a really nice guy an will reply then try to help but can't do much without your accoun details etc, due to the DPA.

ref no/ name and post code is in the email from sky i forwarded to him so he should be able access my account from that
