Unhappy Signal strength low...lower...lower.....stopped.

My wireless router has worked away quite happily for the past 2 years. I haven't moved or changed anything at all.

Earlier tonight, I started experiencing some drop out issues with my Logitech Squeezebox Touch. A quick check showed that my wifi signal strength had dropped to under 20%. Over the course of the next 2 hours, the sig strength continued to deteriorate to the point that its now failing to connect at all. In fact, my computer doesn't even recognise that my router exists any more!

This is very weird. Anyone seen something like this before? Any suggestions?

Can you connect by wire to the router and change it to a different channel?

Wireless router seems to be back in operation. I had to call tech support, but they took me through the procedures to reset everything. That's the good news.

The bad news is that I'm still unable to get my Squeezebox music streamer to connect. Still trying....

I have a Logitech Touch and a couple of their radio. For some reason I always have had to set the IP address manually despite everything else working with DHCP.
Are you sure your Wifi password is the same as before as a router reset will clear that and the your Touch won't connect.
