Superhub and putting ps3 into DMZ

Hi

Ive had the superhub installed since May and had nothing but problems and trying to get the modem on its own but until then I'm stuck with the superhub.

Im on a 50mb connection and my ps3 is running slower than it was on the 10mb connection.

My PS3 is hard wired and if i plug the cable that goes into the ps3 into my laptop and do a speed check I'm getting 48mb. However if its in the ps3 on black ops I'm getting around 1mb (1003kbs) bandwidth now and games are lagging.

Flood protection and firewall etc are turned off.

I'm trying to get the ps3 into the DMZ and assign it an ip address of 192.168.0.10 and Im doing everything as per the instructions.

If I do a test connection on the PS3 it obtains an ip address (I can also the ps3 connected in the trusted devices list in the super hub) but it fails at the internet connection. I cant sign into PSN.

Anyone have any idea of what I can do.

Re: Superhub and putting ps3 into DMZ

I have an xbox360 connecting through a VMNG300 and I still get readings on blackops as low as 900k instead of the maximum reading black ops can give which is 10000k

I'm on 50Mb, if you check any gaming forum you'll see VM is now known as the worst network for gaming.
