Call costs to 08xx numbers

Hi,

I want to know how much it costs to call 08xx numbers from my VM telephone but I couldn't find this information on the VM website, even though I was loggd into my account.

I was specifically wanting to know how much it costs to call 0800, 0844, 0845 and 0870 numbers and I'd be grateful if anyone either could tell me or direct me to the part of the VM website which will tell me please.

I have the cable £10.21 pm tariff which includes 300 texts and 300 minutes per month.

Re: Call costs to 08xx numbers

Thanks for that Ben.

From what I can see, assuming these tariffs are for all packages, then they are charging "up to" 11p/min for 0500/0800, 41p/min for 0844, 0845 and 0870 and 10p to contact customer services.

Interesting that the describe 0500 and 0800 numbers as freephone number but charge "up to 11p/min" to call them but I don't understand why they don't actually say what the charges to these numbers actually are so one musta ssume that they charge 11p/minute to call these "freephone" numbers.

It would also be interesting to know why they charge us to call customer services.

Re: Call costs to 08xx numbers

You can't call 150/151 from a VM Mobile at the moment. So calling for help for cable/National services would cost the same as any other 0845 number

Calling Mobile Customer Services is 10p if I recall
