Thank you virginmedia.
I recently joined Virginmedia but had a nightmare with there services. After ringing in several time "trying" to explain the problem was the CPE they had given me (superhub) eventually they listened.
I now have a VMNG300 and a quality router all is good in the world lol.

My fella works for Virginmedia and has done since the "cable is coming" days of telewest. yes over 10 years.

So he's a fully experienced bodge up merchant then?
That's all TW did in the latter years before the merger, make do and mend. No upgrading preparatory to the future!.
