Problem with the black Samsung V+ HD Box

I have only had this box for a few weeks. It's connected to my TV through HDMI lead for general viewing purposes and also connectected using a scart lead to my DVD Recorder.

The box performance is fine but if you switch the TV from the Samsung to a different AV input and then go back again to the Samsung Box you have to turn it off and on again to get the signal back.Very annoying.

This did not happen on my previous SA Box.

Is this a quirk of the Samsung and if so is there a solution for this problem or do I have a faulty box?

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.I really don't want to change the box unless I have to because of all the recordings I've made.

Re: Problem with the black Samsung V+ HD Box

Problem solved for me by Virgin Media Help Forums.

It was suggested that I connect the Samsung to the TV's HDMI1 input - previously connected to HDMI2.
