Normally the PIN messages do tell you why a PIN is being requested.
Thanks spiderplant. Tivo was installed this morning, so had had a couple of chances to update epg content - every couple of hours I think. Anyway, tried the trusted reboot approach and BBC one HD is now behaving itself without any adult content warnings.

The pin code software uses a "better safe than sorry approach", If it cant determine a rating for the program, and this can happen if the epg data hasnt fully completed, then it will ask for a pin code.

You wouldnt want minors to access an 18 film/programme just because someone missed the rating off the epg.

Regards

John.

Re: What we would like in the next Tivo update.

This perhaps has probably been asked already, but, any chance that artists/songs from the Music VOD catalogue can be part of the 'Search & Browse' search? Maybe have it as an additional 'blue button' option on that screen?

Would make finding musical videos a hell of a lot easier.

Music on demand results are already included in the search results on the TV guide from VMs site so I assume they will be integrated into the TiVo search results soon.
