Lol! I didn't take it that way, don't worry! Your right, the more people that notify Virgin Media about this problem, hopefully the sooner they will sort it

Maybe, in relation to Primetime I feared the picture quality was going to be as bad as Sentata but it is not!

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 2
Does that mean I can set up facebook and twitter with multiple accounts and then just sign in to mt one with my PIN and the set up another PIN for wifey. without a keyboard signing in and out of these apps with long usernames and passwords will be a pain. A PIN would be a very good workaround.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 2
My wife has noticed the page up/down buttons are not on the screen any longer with Tivo, she liked using the green and red buttons used for page up/down when you have long menus of programmes or wanted to “jump” down the EPG.
Is this still available another way or do you just have to scroll down?
Is there an official VM feedback forum where Tivo users can provide comments back on usability or other issues? I’m sure VM would welcome general customer feedback.
Still suspicious of SD PQ by the way, I had a clear difference between SA V+ and Tivo on same setup, Tivo does not upscale SD as good as previous product I have to say, not sure if anything can be enhanced in a future code drop but something I would like to see VM investigate. I have a good quality Tv (Sony KDL40HX803) and feel I’ve taken a slight step backwards on picture quality.

Also, pressing skip forward takes you to the end of a long list.

Thanks just tested, that's sorted!
Just looking at the Formula 1 GP on 101 and 108 channels. Wow, have to say the SD PQ is definitely worse than my SA V+ (both were using 1080i via HDMI), will try TV settings to see if it can help but distinct lack of clarity around the edge of people like a "soft" setting is too high. On SD when I saw a face close up the detail was almost HD like, but not the case with Tivo
I can always watch the HD channel but thinking about those channels where HD is not available. HD also has a slight softening affecting as well but minor, the SA V+ picture just seemed so sharp especially at the edges of people/objects.
My installer yesterday didn't do anything special tothe nox by the way, just checked frequencies to get them right and left it alone to download and do what it does automatically, so I am seeing it "out of the box".

Are you able to rewind the guide to view past programmes directly from the guide? A number of us who have had recent installations are having problems with this.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 2
To assess just how widespread the problem with rewinding the guide to view past programmes directly is, would all those who are experiencing this issue please post their experience.
DF, where are when we need you.?
