depends who fired the gun and the reason for it. The victim had a criminal background it remains to be seen if his death is a loss to society or a gain

It is well known in the area all were up to no good, all too common in this day and age I'm afraid. Things like this used to happen every weekend involving door staff in Liverpool going back to my old raving days, the amount of bullets I've dodged is scary

Its only because of who the accused is this even made it into national media.
