Not really as you are just giving your point of view over this issue, you are just failing to understand that humour tends to be a defence mechanism.

We all realise that Brian Regan has been accused of a mans murder and if guilty we all want him to be jailed for his crime.

Are you afraid too ? think most of us have read the background to the murder and know he wasn't a saint. But you can't have different laws for one thing and laws for other things can you. Or is it something else your bothered about perhaps the colour red ?

is there more background to this story? 3 guys all charged with murder. So this is a joint venture case seeing as it was a gunshot that killed him. I aint comfortable with joint venture I know there are going to be cases where all parties knew it was going to happen but there is always going to be times where someone is just out with a guy with no idea he is armed and can end up serving serious bird.

I read that a single guy was initially charged and then the rest later . I can all but assume the first guy is the shooter. The victim also is not a savory charector so there may well be a lot more to this story than meets the eye. BUt still I do not like joint venture

The first link above shows that he was arrested at the beginning of March initially.

yeah I know but we have multiple charges and 1 gunshot wound so only one person fired the gun. To me its just are the others complicit or were they just at the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong person

If it goes to court we will find out once the jury has made its decision, so its a waiting game now.
