Way hay install date for 16th. Was surprised as operator first said how about 19th and then I asked if they had anything for the following Saturday expecting that to be a no no and he came back and said what about this Saturday?

I had remote with my name on it 8th Feb, lucky high spending quad play long serving customer still waiting for a call for a installation date despite many calls to the Tivo team who say my manager is chasing it.
Over 2 months now feeling really p-----d off.

Just had a call from Virgin Media to confirm the Tivo installation for next monday and which box is to be taken out. I asked where they were located and the lady said MANILLA IN THE PHILIPINES!!!!!!! talk about shocked, i didnt even know that Virgin Media had a call centre in the Philipinnes.

That must have been where I got through to earlier, it was certainly a challenge with a lot of hold music after each question I asked. To be fair though, having called 150 billing everything seems to have gone to plan.... touch wood.
The 19th just can't come soon enough!
