Smile Wifi and the galaxy tab

Ive got a galaxy tab gt-p1010 which has only got WIFI on it thats all right when im at home but when i want to go out and take the GT with me i lose internet connection is there anything so i can take the internet with me.Ive heard of a dongle for laptops would that be any good.I have to fit a USB wire to the GT is that the only way??

what you need is a mifi a gsm modem and wifi access point all in one

i use one for the same reason when i am out and about.

just google "mifi"

You could set up your smartphone as a wifi hotspot, and pair with that.

I think the MiFi on Three is the best out there. They have by far the best 3G coverage and speeds now.

I sometimes use the MiFi and its great.

Good advice on the cheap. I use Joikuspot on my N5800 to my laptop when out of the house. It's free unless you shed about £10 when you get WEP which for a quick browse is fine. Helps if you are on a good data tariff. I am on Virgin and have a pretty good deal with data.
