V+ rf channel

Hi I have just had the new Samsung v+ box installed. Having previously had the first v+ box with 2nd rf out and the new virgin HD box I have a vcr connected as a modulator which is connected to another tv in the house. I have a picture and sound all works but, pic quality is crap. Can I change the rf channel like you could on the other boxes???? If so can anyone tell me how to do it please.
Cheers.

Re: V+ rf channel

The Samsung V+ doesn't have RF out, so there is no setting for it

If you are using the RF out of your VCR then you'll have to change the RF frequency on that

The above link will take you to ATV aerials Sheffield, used these guys for a long time & should you be into aerials..leads splitters ect, make a cup of tea & read through the site.Use this RF modulator on my replacement Samsung box, max five mins. to install.

Also as a try for a Tivo with only one scart. -connected a powered scart (one in two out) ie. virgin service scart cable in...one out to TV... one out to RF modulator...co-ax round the house perfect so far. NB.Tried this using one cart on the Samsung. Works with HDMI in use.

Re: V+ rf channel

Got one of THESE when I went from a standard V-Box to a V+. Modulator has a scart loop-through so you can connect to a VCR/DVD without the need for a scart splitter. Highly recommended.
