V+ Problems viewing Recordings on V+ hd box

I have a problem viewing anything that i have recorded on my V+ box and would like some help with it please.

When i go into my planner and click on what i want to watch from what i have recorded it will not play it and all i get it six zero,s on my V+ box and it just stays like that and just the normal channel is showing on my tv screen.

What could the problem be? I have turned the box off and on a few times and it has not helped.

Try unplugging it from the wall and leaving it unplugged for several minutes before plugging back in. Don't know if that will help, but sometimes it is better than just rebooting it.

Just tried that and not worked.

it did the same thing and now my box has Frozen.
