I had the same problem with the 6.50 / 10 confusing thing, the first time i called somebody who told me it was £10 so i said on your website it says this, she goes to me order it online then, then i called up the next day, spoke to a diffrent person who sorted it all out for me and gave me the right prices ect

If you already have an HD-activated box, the second box has a monthly charge of £5.50 which has gone up to £5.60 due to VAT and will go up to £6.50 after April 1.
