No. The draw works in exactly the same way for all those entered
However Virgin haven't completed the notifications yet

Thats strange because on the back of that ticket letter draw thingy...
It says 'One TiVO box per account'.

i would assume thats just "one free winning box" and that if you win you can pay for extra ones
they are not gonna turn away extra business if your willing to pay the price just depends on what price they ask at the time

my mind is already made up ... i wont pay for tivo but i wont refuse a free tivo but i would actually like the opportunity to say yes or no to an offer ....
as i stated earlier in this thread i do have a sneaky feeling that maybe after a year or two that VM/tivo will see the product as a cash cow and start upping the prices quicker than customers would expect but obviously that is pure speculation on my part
we shall see in time

Re: TiVo
Well for one I have not got a sense of humour and if this is they way that this forum is going all I have to say is goodbye as it seems that most are having a go at the staff and those that try to help.

Well what ever the situation there is still plenty of time to get it in March. Say testing of it started next week and lasts two weeks. And rollout was the week after. It would still be March

Re: TiVo
I will not have a go at any forum member who works for Virgin because they are doing a good job , the problems lie with the company and its shambolic roll out and communication with Tivo.

What is the £3.00 charge for ? Ok the TIVO box gives you reccomendations but this sort of thing is already available on the Sky website (remote record)or Sky+ iPhone/iPad app.

Nobody targets the staff they do a great job , people just get disgruntled with the firm and it's decisions from time to time.

It is the monthly subscription charge to keep the box enabled just like a V+ Vbox.
