Belkin N150- problem after firmware update

Hello, I have one problem with Belkin N150(F6D4230-4 V1) after firmware update to 1.00.05. I was using it for about 8 months with no problem. Yesterday i cold not access to the setting menu with browser. I try with Chrome, Firefox... nothing. Only option was to reset it with the button. After that was working as usual, and I don`t know why I decide to to update the firmware. I download it and install it and since then I can not connect to my ISP.
I`m using static I.P. with MAC address. I disconnect the cable from the router and I connect to my PC and I put my I.P. address, subnet mask, DNS servers and everything work normal, even if I put automatic I.P. as long as I have my MAC address ISP give me the same I.P. address. The problem is when I connect with the router. In the router I put same I.P. same MAC address same DNS servers like yesterday and I can not connect. With laptop I can connect to the router but same no internet.
I was looking for the old firmware, I think it was 1.00.03, but I can not find it. If some body give me advice or link from where to download I will appreciate it. Thank you.
