I only have one downstream channel locked, also for those curious my upstream is already docsis2 I think. 5120 symbole rate.

Whoah there!
It's all wrong... waaay wrong.
Your downstream is on non-EURO docsis (should be 55mbps down not 42mbps) and your upstream is majorly broken.
It's not 5120Ksym/sec, it's exactly what it says - 5120Kbits/sec
That's half the lowest I've ever seen VM use. Probably QPSK. Normal DS2.0 upstream in most areas is 20mbit/sec.
Did you say you were on legacy or overlay before the SH arrived? Maybe the CEO office's tinkering locked you onto one or the other and it's not been moved for 30mb?

Re: 20 Mb/s to 30Mb/s free upgrade
qasdfdsaq haha I told you my area has serious issues :p so not even eurodocsis?
my upstream on old modem was QAM16. I assumed I would stay on the same docsis3 as I was on before, this is becoming a joke.

I'm not sure about this and Ignition would now better than me, but I believe all 50mb+ channels (i.e. overlay) use 55mb EURODOCSIS channels whereas some parts of legacy use the "US" 42mbps channels. Still think you might have been overridden and putting 30mb on your acc hasn't taken off the override?
Status looks like it should be online. What do the config pages say? (Not got a SH so don't know exactly what they're called, but I mean the ones that tell you your upstream/downstream rate caps and so on)
From what I gather of all the info in this thread 30mb *should* be using the exact same channel configuration as 50/100mb. And that certainly isn't it.
