I've just read on there that some guys been rung and upped his TV to XL from M+ what about loyal VIP and XL customers.

They have a dedicated ring fenced team who will be contacting those who have pre-registered via the varying channels. S1 TiVo owners have their own offer, though you could try doing the old Jerry Maguire-esque 'Show me the TiVo' monologue and see how far you get..

I'm wondering if it's because he's a S1 owner as they seem to be the ones getting the calls at the moment. Someone correct me if I'm wrong as I'm thinking that only S1 owners are getting the calls at the moment?
