Re: 20 Mb/s to 30Mb/s free upgrade
All I can say is wait, if there were a new service tier coming out VM staff would not be able to give details until the official release ..
but VM are constantly looking to improve the network and the services

I can't reply to that as I can't confirm or deny the 30Mb.

does that £39 a month include the line rental charge?
you sure that isn't for the first 6 months then back up to the normal price of £60 ?

Right But my confirmation e-mail and the "Checkout" sheet which gives an order number, and states my service will be "Broadband 30", that Extras will be a "Virgin Media Super Hub" and fees will be for "30Mb broadband activation", means that my details have all been logged, and I don't have to do anything else?

We’d like to upgrade you to up to 30Mb broadband for no extra monthly cost, just a one-off payment of £30. For that, we’ll upgrade your wireless router to our new Virgin Media Super Hub so everyone can be online at the same time, in any part of the house

I'm afraid I can't confirm or deny that I have a ref. number, and also can't confirm or deny that this thread even mentions 30 Mb.
