That would not be very fair would it. If I have had joe.bloggs@ntlworld.com for 8 years then I should get first chance at joe.bloggs@virginmedia.com. I guess its not relevant atm if change is not being allowed, but it should be the case if that ever changes.

No problems I always try to find out what is going on.

I will if needed email the person direct if I really need to know and I get results, which is pretty good for a first line agent which has resulted in me getting to try new tools before other people or get granted access to them.

I enjoy my work and find it relatively easy, which considering 3 years ago I had never done this type of work before.

I just like the way you have to process the information correctly to get the right result, and I find it strange that other people go around the houses just to achieve the same results.

There are a lot of different departments and take me for example, I don't deal with customers in my role, so I don't get updates on fixes and processes outside my project areas. I used to chase them, but the amount of work we have now, is insane.

Speaking to you and other customers on here, is teaching me a lot and it helps me to put fixes in place to help you ..
