Thanks in advance.

Blue light at the top is to do with channel bonding. It's green when its connected to DOCSIS 1 and blue when connected to DOCSIS3. How often does it happen to you ?

Re: Virgin to give new Superhub out.
Blue light at the top is actually devices connected at GigE
It's the middle light on the SuperHub that's for the connection to Virgin
And the bottom one is Wireless

Ben
Sorry but the top light is blue on DOCSIS 3 and green on DOCSIS 1. Have a look at the installation Manual in the documents area on the intranet.

Re: Virgin to give new Superhub out.
What do the lights on the Virgin Media Super Hub mean?

1. Ethernet
When you connect a computer to one of the Super Hub's Ethernet ports with the Ethernet cable, and log in to your computer, this light will blink to indicate Ethernet activity (see also the guide to the Ethernet lights on the rear of the Super Hub, at the bottom of this article).
A blue light indicates activity at 1,000Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet), while a green light indicates activity at 100Mbps.

Well that's funny because that was not in the manual i have on my desk and i don't have anything connected on the Ethernet ports and my light is blue. I will find the link to the manual for the installation we got as part of the trial from steve
PM on the way.

Last one I got that I didn't use came from Liverpool. I did give it to the engineer that installed my 50Mbit though. (still unopened)

Blink - Data receiving or transmitted
Green - Single Channel connection

Hope this helps peeps

If the virgin media logo flashes - a WPS compatible adapter is being used.
