			Thanks so so much Jo.  I was sick with worry and was even afraid to phone up for the results but at the same time had to hear what they were.  After all the worrying my brain has gone to mush today.  I am finally taking it in that they were clear

			got myself all psyched up ready for the xmas shop -determined to take no prisoners -take no crap from the hoards of frantic shoppers only to find the town is empty -the shops  to myself  - no queue's -no people no hassle .

			Booked a wee weekend away in Barcelona for myself and Mrs Derek.  
Happily it co-incides with the Barcelona marathon that 6 of my workmates are running in so I'll be joining them for a leisurely 26.2 miles round the streets of Barcelona.    |
