Laptop Hinges
The right hinge on my laptop has gone and snapped so I need to replace it. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement one from. The laptop is an emachines D620.
Thanks

Re: Laptop Hinges
Try and get these, the seller has offered a buy it now of £12 for both hinges. Send him a message telling him you'll have them, if you're still interested?

Re: Laptop Hinges
Thanks for that, finally get the right money in my bank account to buy them and now they are listed as Buy it Now for £35 I'd rather have one flimsy side than pay that, it's nearly 10% of what the laptop cost!

Re: Laptop Hinges
Might be worth keeping an eye on something like this:

Some of these spare/repair items go for a song.

It's coping on one hinge for now but worried that the wire between the laptop and screen is gonna snap cause that is underneath the right hinge cover where there is now no hinge as I had to remove it before it damaged the plastic.
