BT can't do that - smaller players like Vtesse are allowed to monopolise their networks and vertically integrate, BT have a unified price list for NGA and have to wholesale it.

Re: BT "Race to Infinity" site

My local exchange is on the rollout plan as being available as being done and live by December 2010 but as of yet no work has been done with replacing the street cabs around the area so i dont think unless they can do them in 3 weeks i dont think they will be launching on time.

Is it just a case of replacing the cabs or do they have to run new fibres and have the roads up ?
