mms on iphone.

hi ive just got a sim only deal and im having a few issues,is it possible to send and recieve mms on an iphone 4?,i ask as it keeps failing to send.im on the £20 a month 30 day,800 mins/unlimited text/unlimited internet if that makes any difference.

ah the first line might be a big clue "Virgin must enable MMS for your account",ive just managed to receive a picture message but it directs me to a web site to view the picture,plus there is nowhere to input those settings.
