Pixelated Picture, and other probs

For the past few days now I've been having a poor picture on my TV service.

Basically I'm seeing Pixelation and breakup in the picture. Take challenge Jackpot on some scenes it becomes awful.
Legend of the Seeker, on a recent episode with a lot of stuff on screen, picture started breaking up.

Here are my stats as quoted from the menu

Not really sure if the rest is relivant, have a few reboot comments in the final page of the system menu

Help please, kinda annoying. Picture went from 8/10 to 4/5 out of 10.

Re: Pixelated Picture, and other probs

I have had that in the past and to a limited extent now. In the past it took the replacement of two boxes, new cable to the street box and lots of calls to VM. But it was all fixed within a week.
Now I get the occasional pixelation mostly from bbc iplayer.
I have to try to play it then stop it three times and then programme is played.

Firstly slide out the card at the back of the vm box and replace it, then reset machine.
If you still get this trouble then call 150 and ask for Ramesh.
I have always had great service from VM and I hope it continues through the tough times ahead.
