Sending V+ by AV sender

Just wondering if anyone has a thought on this product...

It seems that it has good reviews but i am very very dubious

Any thoughts welcome!

P.s we have the SA vm+ box so aware the remote wont work

I have the equivelant and works a treat. Only issue I had was that if you have wireless internet as well you may get poor performance unless you get something like this http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?...24299&T=Module which works on a different frequency.

Oh and the remote should work fine with the SA, you just won't see the menus themselves.

Why are you dubious? It looks fine to me. AEI are a reputable make. And the remote will work - you just won't be able to see the menus.

I was just dubious because it seemed too easy so to speak !

The remote working , will i not have to memorise the menus when i press stop , pause etc ?

I bought this http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...ef=oss_product and it works fine, although the sound could be better.

As other people say, you can only see the raw feed, so no menus, but just go to where the V+ box is and look at them there. Good thing is that you can set a recorded programme to backup to dvd/vhs and then watch that in another room while someone else uses the V+ box as normal. Only trouble is you can't pause your recorded programme.
